Christmas Bird Count for Kids

December 21 – Whiteshell Provincial Park

The Christmas Bird Count for Kids is a fun winter birdwatching event for kids and families. Become citizen scientists as you gather information about the Whiteshell’s winter birds. After getting a crash course in common bird species you will trek outside for a short walk and count as many as you can. Afterwards, you will warm up with hot chocolate and treats!
