Fall Suppers

Who doesn’t love Fall Suppers? It’s great food, supporting a community and the best part, you don’t even have to any of the cooking! In the fall season, the Eastman Region comes alive with Fall Suppers in so many different communities

Tourond Creek Discovery Centre

The Tourond Creek Discovery Centre is one of many beautiful spots in the Eastman Region. They have many activities to offer and know how to make learning fun! This naturalized landscape will is the perfect spot for picnics, photos, relaxation and fun.

Hiking

Even if it’s a little chilly, a nice calming hike can do wonders! See the beautiful changing colour of leaves, friendly animals of all kinds and have loads of fun. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your sweater and a friend and hike along some of the amazing trails the Eastman has to offer.

A Maze in Corn Pumpkin Barn

Every September A Maze in Corn opens their Pumpkin Barn. Stock full of freshly gown squash, sweet corn, local honey and pumpkins! The experience truly memorable and hop on their Pumpkin Train to get to the barn.

Alfred’s Hole Goose Sanctuary

Alfred’s Hole Goose Sanctuary is definitely an experience you won’t soon forget. Starting in 1939, this is a sanctuary with a story behind it that will make your heart melt and shows the importance of respecting and loving not just our Geese, but many other animals and plants. They have many interpretive buildings, displays and scheduled activities and programs. As Geese are preparing to make their way down to the south, this is the perfect time of year to visit!
